What to expect
All sessions being with a 5-10 minute conversation surrounding your desire for Jikiden Reiki.
During your session, you will remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a massage table. Through gentle hand placements tailored to your specific needs, the movement of Ki (life force energy) is guided to activate your body’s natural intelligence of self-healing.
Once complete, the session will end with a 5-10 minute closing conversation. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, what you experienced, and any future recommended treatments.
